Before: weeks, and pressure for a simple change
Purpose Recruitment is Ireland’s FM recruitment specialist. The work moves fast. Roles open and close. Pages need to match what Derek is actually filling this week.
The old way of getting a change live was the agency pattern: brief it, wait, chase, wait again. Weeks is a long time when a hiring manager is on the phone. The pressure lands on the founder, not on the people who built the site.
What we actually shipped
We rebuilt purposerecruitment.ie as a working recruitment site, not a brochure. Live pages include services, sectors, employers, candidates, about, and contact, plus a live roles board so open jobs can sit on the same domain.
The home page states the offer in plain language: facilities management recruitment in Ireland, hard services, soft services, and total FM. That is the content we wrote and structured, then we kept changing it as the business asked.
After: we update it constantly
We host the site. When Derek needs a line changed or a role up, he talks to us. Small changes usually land inside a day. That is the difference people feel. He can recruit instead of managing a web queue.
Before us, updates sat in a queue. Specialist FM recruiters cannot wait weeks while an agency or a busy freelance shop finds a slot. A dated jobs board and slow copy changes cost candidates and employer trust. Derek was spending time chasing people instead of recruiting.
We rebuilt the front door around the work they actually do: services, sectors, employers, candidates, and live roles. We host the site and we change it ourselves. A small copy fix or a new role usually lands inside a day. Constant updates are the product, not a ticket at the end of a sprint.
Live at purposerecruitment.ie. The site stays current. Derek is not chasing updates. Care is part of the deal.
Since we moved the site over, turnaround on updates is much faster than before. Small changes usually land within a day. The site looks sharper, it stays current, and I'm not chasing people for updates, I can focus on the job at hand.
