What counts as a page?
A page is a navigable, unique content destination on your site. Something with its own URL that a visitor (or Google) would treat as a distinct place. Examples: Home, About, Services, a named service page, Contact, Locations.

What is a “small change”?
A small change is roughly ≤30 minutes. Typically a text or image swap only (update a phone number, replace a photo, tweak a sentence). It is not a redesign, a new section, or a new page.
Unused edit time does not roll forever unless agreed in writing. Bigger work = scoped quote.
